Definitions :

The definitions provided in the terms and conditions of using the Depot platform apply to all terms mentioned in this Privacy Policy and Management of User Data ("the Policy") specific to Depot, its management, employees, directors, affiliates ("Depot"), and related parties

Scope of Application :

This policy explains the methods of collecting, using, processing, correcting, and deleting the information and data collected about users by Depot and their use of Depot and its services. Personal Information :

Ø In its role of providing services, Depot collects user information and data, which includes but is not limited to:

Ø Commercial information (such as commercial registry number and unified number, etc.)

Ø Financial data (such as credit card information and bank accounts)

Ø Physical characteristics or descriptions (such as personal photos)

Specific Information :

As part of its licensed public service activities according to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Depot may require certain information and documents, including but not limited to:

Third-party data (e.g., information about an employee whose services you wish to transfer)

Property or vehicle data (e.g., real estate tax payment or car insurance)

Geographic location (e.g., national address service)

If the user does not provide the required information, it will limit their ability to register, obtain an account, or use Depot 's services. You can review, change, or update your information through your account settings.

Mechanism of Collecting Personal Information:

Ø Depot collects and processes all information received directly and indirectly through the most commonly used mechanisms

Ø By visiting or using Depot

Ø Executing transactions through one of Depot's channels or related to its services or requested by Depot's users;

Ø Communicating with Depot (whether by writing, email, mobile, or otherwise)

Ø Extracting information about the electronic devices used to access Depot

Ø Interacting through Depot forums and voluntarily sharing information with other users or with Depot's employees.

Ø Governmental and semi-governmental entities relevant and specialized in checking and matching information with public or private databases or government bodies or publicly available sources, for example SIMAH, etc., designated or named by Depot for those verification tasks.

Ø Depot has the right to check and match user information with public or private databases or government or semi-government entities or publicly available sources, as well as to request more information deemed reasonably necessary to provide Depot's services. This information may be linked to third-party information (especially if you own or manage a business), business accounts, and the identities of real owners or beneficiaries of the business, as well as partner accounts. Depot may also conduct research with competent authorities to collect information about these third parties or business activities of users and their activities, addresses, and relevant partners

Purposes of Collection and Processing :

The platform processes and analyzes personal information collected about users when they use it for the following purposes, including but not limited to:

To verify the identity of the user and the information provided. Or;

For considerations of credibility, trust, and transparency. Or;

To manage and operate Depot and process, analyze, update, and develop its database, user accounts, and services, and regularly monitor its purposes. Or;

To communicate with users (through text messages, emails, or otherwise) for various purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising services that may interest users. If a user wishes not to receive any messages from Depot , the user may request this as determined by Depot . Note, there are some types of messages that Depot's management is required to send to its users, which cannot be stopped even if users request otherwise. Or;

Ø For statistical, analytical, research, reporting, and study purposes; Depot seeks to make its services more personalized, developed, intelligent, and attractive to more users. Or;

Ø To follow its regulatory instructions and requirements, including "Know Your Customer" standards, as well as to ensure the application of Depot 's terms of use, performance standards, efficiency, safety and security of Depot , its users, third parties, and to protect their rights and interests. Or;

Ø To attach, display, and enter user data to the extent and manner required by the competent authorities for one of Depot 's services from time to time. Or;

Ø For financial and accounting auditing and processing of amounts passing through Depot at all times, knowing and recording their source, destination, and purpose. Or;

Ø To share it with other users or other third parties, for example, during the processing and enforcement of each transaction that takes place on Depot and involves third parties (such as transferring an employee's services, some information will be shared with the employee whose services are transferred through automatic notification systems approved by relevant government entities). Or;

Ø To allow the enforcement of a legally binding relationship between one or more users or a third party in accordance with the contracts they will enter into with each other through Depot . Or;

Ø Collecting and sharing information related to the current, past, and future expected financial or credit situation of a user requesting a service requiring the competent government entity to share that type of information to execute that service. Or;

Ø To investigate and inquire into any transaction suspected of fraud, forgery, or illegality in any form according to the regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to comply with legal procedures (including compliance with national security requirements or law enforcement). Or;

Ø To check and match data with relevant entities (such as: SIMAH, and others designated or named by Depot for those verification tasks). Or;

Ø To respond to any inquiry received by Depot from a government or semi-government entity related to or concerning any judicial or quasi-judicial claim or mandatory disclosure under a system, regulation, circular, or judicial order. Or;

Ø To recover any amounts received by the user without entitlement or for an unlawful reason and to pursue debts, as well as to initiate, establish, and defend in judicial claims related to transactions that take place on Depot

Data Protection :

Ø The security and confidentiality of Depot users' information are of utmost importance, and we have implemented cybersecurity, technical, administrative, and physical measures designed to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, and modification. We regularly review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technologies and methods. Despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

Ø We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or mandated by applicable regulations or laws in this field. To dispose of personal data, we may anonymize, delete, or take other appropriate steps. Data may continue in backup copies and business continuity for an additional period.

Ø Depot retains users' personal data within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia unless adequate protection is provided and in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection System.
